CANCELLATIONS
Deadline to cancel a reservation
If payment is made and the client, due to circumstances beyond their control, cannot make the trip, the reservation can be postponed without penalty charges and rescheduled for a later date. Changes to the original reservation cannot be made when rescheduling. Deadlines for cancellation with refund: One (1) month before the date of your vacation.
Last-minute cancellations
Full payments or deposits will not be refunded for last-minute cancellations made by clients.
No-show at the hotel
In case a client does not show up, no refund will be granted.
In case of fortuitous events or acts of God, management will evaluate the situation and decide on a course of action. If a refund or discount is agreed upon, the amount will be returned within the time specified by management.
Refunds
In case of a refund, the client is responsible for covering bank fees. 10% of the total payment will be withheld to cover this cost.The client must submit a written refund request along with the reason or reasons for the reservation cancellation. Please specify the account number to which the money will be returned and the name under which the reservation was made.
Please allow 7 to 14 business days to process the refund request.
ANTI-FRAUD CHECK
The client's purchase may be delayed for an anti-fraud check. It may also be suspended for a longer period for a more rigorous investigation to prevent fraudulent transactions.
